Our UI allows artists to be placed within different category of price-range, locations and skillsets (as well as whether they prefer a short  long term roles) , thereby helping the searching process be quick, easy and efficient, whether you’re an individual seeking a professional commission, or an established studios looking for new prospects. Doing so, we the hope to establish strong business connection with both our client and artist, with the goal of becoming a major and reliable source of talents provider for the creative industry as a whole

For artist , Product owl also provide a Portfolio display that is slick, clean, eye-catching and professional, which can adapt to special file types such as 3D. As agents, we also actively promotes our artist directly to potential animation studios and projects (via email). Moreover, we also provide mentorships for artist who wish to either improve their skills,  set up and expand their social media influences, or in need of assistance about more tricky details such as pay-rates, business set-up or market research. This is done via live and on-demand tutorials by leading professionals of each field, and by our your own fellow artists here on Product Owl.

The need of the market:

-Newly-graduated artist and animator can have trouble attaining employment by themselves, and more than often requires counseling to help them set up. We are it.

-Animators are positions that require a substantial amount of personnel that all have a good level of standard. Understanding that, we can help companies find and employ the right animators with the right skill set quickly and easily,  (which benefits greatly in-case of crunch time, chasing deadline, or replacing personnel).

-For individuals who wants commissions , we can recommend artists to their specific price-range and aesthetic , thereby helping both side skip the awkwardness of negotiating back and forth, and re-assures the standards and professionalism of the artist.

Employees pay : (hypothetical : 3 starting employees all with 12pounds /hour salary at 30.5 hours per week =>16 640 pounds per year (after tax)

-Personal cost :

Creative cloud : 50 pounds/month (x3 for each of the founders)

Running laptop/ pc : 1000 pound one-off (x3)

- Rent and bills : 150 pounds/week  - 600/month

- Additional fees (i.e travel for contacts, additional subscribtions, research materials, foo ) , 150 pounds per month.

=> Approx earnings to maintain the website would need to be averaging 90000pounds annually => 7557 pound/ month.

Revenue : With this said our main profits would come from the following sources

- Premium accounts subscription : 10 pounds /month /  user.

550-600 premium accounts to meet maintain expense.

- Promotion as affiliates and renting out ad space : most of this is mainly products relating to our own practices, such as tablets, 3D software, competitions, challenges,…. Although safe to say that we the ad are keep to a minimum as not to ruin the user interaction

- Market place Self-produced and outside products and assets , which can be separately purchases by non-premium users. ( This will include things like live tutorials, mentorship, videos, assets..)

- Small commissions fees regarding for individual who wants to display and sell their products on the market place

_Recruitment packages for larger studios who wish the display their job openings , starting at 300 pounds for 3 month of unlimited job posting. Product owl will actively search for talents of the right requirement , as well as advertise the position on social media, emails and other channels for the best results.
